Middle school math is a time to build a solid foundation of math skills and understanding so students can be successful throughout high school and beyond. Math skills are used every day in making purchasing decisions and in thinking through new situations as students grow up.



In this class, students will learn new middle school material while ensuring each of them has this solid foundation of math skills. We will spend time each day thinking in new ways, reviewing prior material, filling in gaps, and looking at how math applies to our daily lives.



Students are expected to succeed by putting in their best effort every day and allowing others to learn. While students arrive in different places each day, with some days being more challenging than others, it is through their daily commitment to learn and grow that they will be successful.
